no poker points ( now 120 cash for points not rewarded)

was in last nites (weds) 8 pounds and no points awarded also thurs 16 pounds no points awarded but other nghts was getting point`s awarded, now i know i`m losing point`s even with other games, i have asked this before and never a response. so why am i not getting rewarded ??
