    Think you have to bet that flop, I know it's a massive flop for you, but there's so many cards that you don't like on the turn and river that you have to protect your hand.

    Hand 1 - bet flop. Gives more strength to your c-bets.

    Hand 2 -  Unlucky. You played it fine.

    As for struggling with cash games, the swings can be huge and thats why you have to be properly bankrolled. That way, the stack offs dont hurt as much.

    On another note, do you get to ER much? I think we have to spend some money on the team in January if we have a realistic chance of staying in the play-offs or even the top half. With Bates in charge i dont see the money being spent on the squad.

    Thanks for the advice , on the first hand, some say flop check is ok and others say bet!!!

    I`m a home and away season ticket holder so still get to ER quite a bit!!

    You`re right about squad tho , larry has had the funds but seems to rely on loans and freebies,

    Not going anywhere while capn birdseye in charge.

    Cue the " wrong section mate " "get in football corner fella " lol

    I like checking that flop, he raised you pre and is likely to cbet, and as you are a shortstack you don't need to bet each street to get the stacks in, ul.
