re-registing for tournament

hi folks. i won a seat in the 8pm 10k bounty hunter through a satellite. then unregistered as i thought i was unable to play. the money hasnt went back into my account and when i tryed to reg again its charging an additional £22. and tips/advice how to reg again would be brilliant.

    IF YOU`V SAT, SAY £1.05 THEN YOU YOU WON`T GET £22 BACK, WHAT YOU NEED TO DO IS PHONE CUSTOMER CARE AND EXPLAIN AND YOU HAVE TWO OPTIONS, ONE GET ORIGINAL BUY IN BACK OR PLAY FOLLOWING WEEK, BUT IF AS YOU SAID AND YOU WERE ABLE TO PLAY TONITE AND THEY WOULD HAVE ON RECORD THEN THEY CAN PUT YOU BACK IN, SO IF ANY PROBS LIKE YOU HAD SPEAK TO C/CARE.

    customer Care are always the people to speak to if a situation like this ever arises again, you won't get the value of the seat back, but they will look at others ways of helping you out
