Last nights SPT semi exit, should this be an easy lay down?

Should I just sigh and give up to the 4 bet shove?

Thought my AQ suited was in good shape against a alot of the range the button would be raising here hence the 3 bet out of position.

I've pretty much discounted AA and KK here when he shoves as I think he'd flat and let me hang myself with those hands so I've got him on AK, AQ, AJ or any pair from 8's to J's which I'm pretty much flipping against.

I've already got almost a third of my stack in and only 11.5 BB back so I don't mind taking a flip to put me in good shape for the seat at this point with 10 players remaining.

Just wanted to get thoughts from others in this spot.
