Never 3 betting an 4x UTG open unless your certain oppo calls with worse
If you do 3 bet, it's only to get it in - QQ should not be part of your 3 bet bluffing range

Prefer flatting this early tbh, don't dislike the 3 bet it is a SAT but you have to go with it once you have 3 bet
