Was railing the NL4 HU table waiting to join, and one of the players (Won't name him in here, we'll call him Player A) set his blind to not post automatically, then when he was on the button, he was sitting out after the hand had started, but before posting his blind (i.e. when the option to post the small blind came up).
He'd then sit back in, but as the hand was voided, the button was still moving across to his opponent (Player

, giving Player A the big blind. As Player B was limping the button every hand except when he had a big hand, I think this was deliberate to get position pre-flop every hand and help to determine the strength of his opponent's hand.
I have informed customer care already, however, I'm wondering whether this is just bad etiquette, against poker rules, or abusing the software? Also, what will happen to this person?
