Just a little point on customer service.

May i just say the customer service offered by sky is top quality. I recently made a mistake of not signing up for the cash for points offer (not knowing this was required to earn the bonus), and only realised the other day. So then i realised after speaking to one of Sky Pokers support guys i would not recieve my £5 (yes i know not that much) i should recieve as i achieved 600 points for the month of December. Anyway, in the end the support guy i was chatting to then decided to reward me with the £5 anyway and activate the 'Cash for points' promotion i was having trouble doing.
I'd like to say 10/10 customer support!
I've recently not being playing as much, as ive been at home from uni, and some very important exams upcoming in a week or so time. Once they are over im planing on setting up a few personal challenges for the new year, with commitments to give a % of monthly profits to a charity. I will dedicate a thread to that in a few week. So watch this space.
