6x raise UTG made me think "WTF?" - Pretty unusual bet size, a 6x raise isn't something I'd expect to see, hardly ever, didn't know what to make of it really. Never played him before, only info was that he was single tabling, and based on league points was probably more of a cash player than STT player. Definitely not a DYM reg.

Didn't see opponent's cards, as he folded on the river, although would've been interesting information. Checked the flop to let him bet again, planning to trap and let him commit his stack, but he just checked behind. Few questions about this hand:

1) Should I have called in the first place? Did seriously consider folding OOP (If I was on the button, I wouldn't have even thought twice about calling), but his bet size was just so weird that I thought he's either got a monster, in which case I'll find out on the flop, or he doesn't really know about bet sizing, which is usually my first thought when I see a 6x raise.

2) What do I do on the river here? His stack size was awkward as a half pot value bet = 1/3rd of his stack, so would I have been better off just checking to him, making it look like I was trying to steal on the turn and hoping he tries something on the river?
