dont i feel stupid!

playing 4 tables and going along nicely, few regs to be aware of and fordyce being one of them, when he 4 bets me, i put him on a big hand so flat with the intention of lumping it in on a none ace board. flop not to clever! get to see a free card which gives me a lot more outs. £5 bet here makes me think its an ace hes holding but i think i got odds to call so flat again. happy days on the river. or not :-(

    anyone for a trap flat here in the bb vs this villian instead of 3 betting?

    like your thinking out of the box too pretty unlucky he turns up w/ 4 aces but that flop is pretty rubbish against his 4 bet range! hard for him to have KK so it's AK/AA!

    has he got even tighter? I seem to remember him 4 bet jamming w/ AK.

    If the turn bet really does make you think he has trip aces, why would you call for the flush draw, if he's as tight as you guys are saying do you really think you'll get any money out of him on a 4-to-the-flush board??

    from my memories of this villain I wouldn't mind getting it in flop or maybe even turn but once he bets that river he always has you beat.  haven't played him in a long time tho. i like your play pre flop tho

    i cant put him just on aa  dohhh. jj+ and ak is in there as well. poker fail, if ak is in his range then a)i take the pot as it is. b)might just get a skinny value bet paid off (although against him maybe not).like you say ryan once he bet the river i kinda knew what was comming, but im not good enough to put this down :-(

    Well neither can I really coz I can't fold Kings pre flop even though he has aces almost all the time.

    dont get  me wrong mate it was crossing my mind, was on 3 other tables and in the 3 mins before this hand i saw kkvaa 2 more times. like you say i cant/wont fold kings in this spot, maybe on river but i just aint that disaplined :-)
