Put him on the flush draw or a king, and thought that he might check the river to let me fire again then shove over the top if he had the flush. Should I bet/fold here to get value from hands that might call like AK, KQ, KT, JJ+ or just check behind?

Yes, with him checking I can't really put him on a flush as he knows you can check behind. 

If it's b/f probably like 350-500, but got to admit it would suck so bad if raised lol.
