Bad play Me or villan?

  Played this hand min raise to get interest and hope he hits part of the flop  then all in and get a hope for a call, nearly worked except he hit the flop hard should i bet bigger or slow play the flop or is he just a lucky donkey?

    with the stack sizes, the villan should auto fold pre, or go all in if he thinks your stealing alot imo

    on the flop you are losing lots of value by shipping here. some hands that would call a normal bet will fold to a ship imo.

    I would bet smaller like dudenit says (prob 950 ish)

    Just unlucky really, i like the minraise pre.
