i had good reads on wat wud happen if i limped tried to trap but i obv didnt make 3bet big enough

Just raise pre limping is never good imo especially in the CO.

3bet is saying call me, way too small, I'd make it £1.20ish.

I bet more on turn usually but against short stack it's ok.

Don't limp pre unless your planning something and jacks arent really good enough IMO 3 bet has to be atleast 3x to be effective and stop the call. When you bet out on the flop he can quite easily put you on an overpair to the board so he has to have something to call there so from that you should bet the turn bigger because he either has a hand he will call with.
