Sarah Champion is now unavailable for the Main Event, but will be there late afternoon Saturday, & will play the 8pm sidey.

Ana Fowler will be there on the Saturday & Sunday as "Host", & conducting interview things.

Thewy will be there Friday, Saturday, & Sunday, probably binking.

Rich Milner, Head of Poker, is expected to "play" the Main Event, although he is about as good as Orford at Poker.

Adam Harmer, "Head of Product", will be prewent, & will be giving demonstrations, to those interested, of the new, imminent, Sky Poker software tweaks, bells, whistles, & things.

Bedfordshire's finest, Chompy IMO, will be playing, albeit briefly. He thinks 9-3 is the nuts, lives in the Fens, & supports Peterborough FC. 'Nuff said.

TommyD, Gliterbabe, Scotty, Sam1986, DanTB10, Penguin7, as well as lesser players like Solack will all be playing, too.

    Hey guys!

Manage to qualify first try for this which Im buzzing about!

    Got a slight problem/query....

Im working Saturday and won't be able to make it to the casino till one of the following two times:

    1.45pm
    or
    4.45pm

I was wondering how registration works? I already have my seat booked but obviously you guys need to know i AM playing....I want to confirm i am 100% playing but just not sure what time I will turn up so may have to be blinded out if it's the later of the two times....

If it's 1.45pm then obviously Ill be there for the start but wont be able to register till Im there...Unless I can phone up and register over the phone?

Any help would be great. Thanks guys.

I take it you have never been to the casino before?

No problem anyway, you either arrive for the start or if you arrive later your chips will be in play, blinding away

As it is a two day, deepstack, slow clock you'll have plenty of chips still at 5pm

If you can give me your real name please, I will double check the player list before the comp starts on the day in case you aren't there for  the start

Yeah I've been to the casino before....it's my local lol.

I just wasn't sure if you had to pre-register for the actual comp to let you guys know Im there...as in sign in?

My real name is: ADAM NEAL

I'll be able to let you guys know by the end of the weekend if I'll be there from the start, hoping I will be.

    Thanks for the response SPT.

For those of you going to the casino for the first time, I've found out that you can actually do most of the registration on the G Casino Luton website so that all you need to do on the day is supply phone ID.

That is sound advice. It takes several minutes to Register each new Member at the Registration Desk on the day, they take photos, you need to fill forms in, & all sorts, & you can be in the queue for 30 minutes or more.

Looking forward to meeting new , and old , faces this weekend. The TKP (Orange) crew will be there, so plzs come and see us, we dont bite.
Can I also point out to all regulars that we will be paying a tribute to the lovely Lynne (dragon fly) who sadly lost her brave fight. We shall be wearing orange ribbons as a mark of respect, which I belive Iain knows about. Our capt. Irene (Trip5) will have a batch of ribbons , so a small donation to her chossen charity, you to may also support. Our thoughts and prays are with her R.I.P.

Its OK nothing to worry about, this usually happens a day or two before the game.
