£3.30 DYM - TT on button, fold or shove?

4 handed, pocket 10's on the button facing raise from aggro player. Fold or 3-bet all in? Thought folding was better as I'm probably not getting called by an underpair, don't want to race, and there's a guy with 6.5bb, so didn't need to risk it here.

shortie has 1300ish? so he's not completely out of it as this blind level.

Isn't there are an arguement that this is a great restealing shove spot against who you've outlined as an aggro player?

    - Thats if you're read is right and he's doing this frequently!

I wouldd deffo consider shoving, depends  on history, if he raises light often or has just had a good run of hands this game etc...

Second thoughts, I've never seen this player before so I would not shove, if they are someone you regularly play against I deffo would.
