Do small stakes players and newbies not account for quite a lot of skys income, if so why do we seem to get overlooked for the big players and maniacs on this site.
I was given a token for my hard earned points last month (Dec and for me at least this is a big deal, now I cannot even claim back this as there are no more £1k tourneys to enter this Month and apparently u cannot even transfer to a similar tourrny of the same value (Sky WTF) sort it out please, otherwise you will lose your smaller recreational players whoi in the main are your bread & butter!

When your missus gets a voucher for Tescos but forgets to use it by the voucher end date do Tesco send you a cheque?
I'm a fellow low stakes player and it can be very annoying them neglecting the low stakes players with things like missing out the happy hour for us etc but that is NO excuse for being abusive to the players who just happen to be better and play at higher stakes
No one at Sky listens, so whats the point in listening to the so called helpful forum?
I'm not sure what you are getting at here Chris. You're using one issue you currently have as proof of a change of business plan for the whole site. In my opinion it's not like that. Yes this month there is a more visual focus on bigger bankroll players, but this is pretty much a first for the site since it opened. No other site I know of (and I've played a lot) offer so much added value to smaller bankrolled players. Ask the guys who satted in to the UKOPS for a few quid and cashed three and four figured scores. There are regular direct sats into rollers which one seat guaranteed which don't completely fill. The DTD (one of the best things on this site IMO) gets regular added value. If you have a direct issue about your token, keep in correspondence with Customer Services.
Also, please watch the tone towards some people who have replied to you with a different point of view. Many of them who now play higher started at the micro/low stakes, I count myself among them.
