    Same as the other hand really, bet bet bet!

    Usually, I would say isolating with 8Ks in position is a good idea. However, against an opponent with like 2BB behind it's probably not a good idea. Just fold! Like I said, raising the button unopened or to isolate with 8Ks is fine!

    100% bet flop IP for value.

    Turn again for value he's checked twice why whould you check behind again ?

    River you finally decide to raise but the pot is tiny now to what it could be.

    Also don't be results orientated in that he would fold if you bet.

    cant build a pot if you dont bet, getting called pretty wide on flop i think.  Have to get money in there.

    PPl play these hands backwards.  Checking to look weak and giving free cards + get to a later where opponent has no chance to draw/improve.

    You should be building the pot while they believe thay can improve + charging them so they dont draw out
