Losing connection

When i'm playing a stt or a 10 player bounty hunter i occasionally lose connection; I have a new laptop & always have good connection so it's getting rather frustrating when i lose connection; the only other icons i have open are the tournament lobby. When I play a freeroll i never lose connection;does the freeroll do something different than a stt or 10 player bounty hunter?

First thing I'd look at is the network connection. If you're wireless then you must try wired.

I am wireless but why does it work well on a freeroll & not on a sit & go?

No idea I'm afraid, but I would only use wireless if there was no money at stake. It's just too flakey.

Try this .........uninstall Adobe Air then Sky Poker software from your PC / laptop using add / remove programs in the control panel. and then re-install from the homepage this will make sure you have up to date versions of both. on the rare occasions I have a problem, it's usually after an update, hope this helps
