What do you do on turn? Call or not? If so do you call shove?

Problem is at this level I've seen players do this sort of thing with AJ

    I don't mind your flop bet sizing tbh.  I think that calling the turn is my least favourite of your three options, but it is very difficult for the reasons you give.   If I had more than 15 seconds to act I probably convince myself that at least one of them has the flush.  With the 15 seconds you're given, I might just shove and hope he has J9 (which is not altogether out of the question).

    pre flop is fine
    bet more on the flop anything from 3/4 to full pot its a draw heavy board
    turn is a horrible card a just call
    river is a fold you dont beat much on this str8y flushy board cant see many players bluffing on that board imo

    so good fold ,overall dont think you done much wrong just ul that board ran out bad for you
