League Points for Regular SnG's relative to DYM's

Why is it that in a low stakes DYM, everyone gets 7 league points for cashing, however, in a regular SnG at the same level, the winner only gets 4 league points, and nothing for second or third?

Think this needs balancing a bit.

    I agree that the league point system for sngs needs looking at as a whole, it does not seem very balanced and does seem to favour dyms.

    Also league points for russian roulettes.... (poker points no problem as you are playing rake)... but league points? hmmm

    Also i wont play standard sngs, because of the payout structure, which seems too top heavy for me.
