Overall, how are the 8pm starts working?

We've all been clamouring for 8pm starts, but now we've got them what's the support been like?

    Generally they are starting just after 8pm, with several hands being played on many tables.  The blinds keep increasing and the winner of each hand takes the pot.  When players lose all their chips they are out and you keep going on until someone has all the chips.
