    whats going to happen? i finished 18th, in top 20% (top26) but i havent been entered.

    will they be able to fix this? or is the money all goin to 1st lol?

    from what i hear live help were informed before the tournament was over and said everyone in the tourny would just have to email them.

    I got a £22 credit to my account by talking to CS on instant chat.  Everybody will need to contact CS individually, the tournament info was £6K Deep Stack Semi - ID 5758775.

    I asked if the winner would keep the £576 and the adviser ended the conversation...............lol

    i can't see them taking it off him, it was their mistake at the end of the day. Also as they were informed while the tournament was still running they could have frozen it and gave everyone the seats.

    Of course they will have taken it off him. Genuine mistake, and he along with everyone else will have got exactly what they are entitled to.
