Board couldn't really run out worse for your hand, plus can't see him calling with 22 anyway.

Pre and flop play fine. I think there can still be alot of value to be had on the turn against alot of ops flatting range on the flop. The ace only helps A,7 - A,3 and obv clubs. A,8 likely to c/raise flop. You could still get value from all straight draws as well as 7x & 8x which have turned a club draw. Around half pot to 2/3 sizing I would suggest would be enough. If c/raised on turn, unless op is very agro and capable of c/raising with air or semi bluff it would be an easy fold. On the river if flatted again I would check behind as think 2 streets of value is max on this board.

On the river as you played it, by the op checking it seems to suggest some form of showdown value which you are ahead of. A bet of around 100-120 should get a high % of calls from 7x, 8x and possibly 3x. I think a higher bet around half pot on the river would get a number of folds from these hands as the A and K could easily be in your range with your open pre.
