On last hand, AQ, you can raise a LOT more pre and you do this for value as they call light.

On flop can raise a fair bit more.

After that just unlucky.

Being constructive:

Seems to be like you played all your hands well, bar the AQ, but only then because you could have raised (should have raised) alot more on value.  He still stacks you tho lol.
