Technically, you can. Download an app called iSwifter on the iPad, it's not the best, and not ideal for multitabling, but it works.

Thats what I thought James.  Now just interested to know if anyone does play it on a tablet and how 'user friendly' it is.

TK, could you could let us know if it will include STT / MTT or will it be just cash like other mobile apps and will you be able to play more than one table ?

    Thanks,

    Mark

    Mark (& others),

No, I don't really want to be further drawn on this, & then have it used as a stick to beat us!

    Wait & see.....

It is, as some have stated, possible to play Sky Poker on an i-Pad already, but NOT in a manner which is "supported" by Sky Poker.

It is only 15 or 20 years since the Internet was invented, or more correctly, available to the public as a whole, now Tablets & the like are coming through, but waiting a little longer so that the product is right is the best route, imo. For now, it works pretty well on a Lappie, or PC, something that, 15 or 20 years ago, was beyond the realms of even the wildest imaginations.

Sky Poker have a very clearly defined "road map", full of new products, formats, & innovations, & all will appear in due course.

    Exciting, 'innit?

Thanks TK, I know you don't like giving estimated timescales but though you might like to give a little more of a teaser !

NVM, will have to try and find some patience !

You can also uses an iPad app called "Logmein"

it turns your iPad into a mirror of your computer desktop and allows you to use all applications that are on your Computer.
This will allow you to mutlitable and use the download, unlike iSwifter which only allows you to use the web site

A decent android pad that supports flash and is fast enough to run it properly will run via the browser.I briefly ran 1 table on an htc phone but too much zooming was involved.

I briefly played on my 3 year old Android HTC Hero phone using Logmein just to see if I could.  It's a nightmare, I wouldn't recommend it.

I've played on a Blackberry Playbook through the normal browser.  Takes some pratting about to get the screen right but once youve sussed it out it does the job.

Samsung Galaxy S2 - doesn't work perfectly but is playable even though it's a bit small.
Biggest problem is hitting a key by mistake and having to reload the table - you might miss a few hands while getting the table back

You can play SP on the samsung 10.1 tablet without dowloading any app/software. Simply play through the browser. However, there is lag which causes you to miss the first few hands of sngs, not good if your playing hypers. Gameplay is nowhere near as smooth as on a desktopor laptop imo.
