Wheres my Cash?

I Entered into the Cash for Points promotion  and was looking forward to a couple of 'free' games from Januarys points,  I read cash  would be added today 07/02/2012 before 6pm but sadly nothing!!    HELP..

    Try contact us at bottom of page then live chat to customer care.Sky don't respond here any more gl.
