Timed Tournaments- Worth The Risk?

Hi all

Played one of these on monday, came eigth and made a profit of £15 not bad but played one last night (£200 Gtd- 15 mins) with around 70 odd players. Had a lot of fun with folk pushing all in left, right and center but needed loads of luck just to survive let alone come second as i did. problem is i only won £20! Must be more profit in DYM and TYM.

    I'd say with a certain style similar to cash play these timed tournaments are soft and easily beatable,
    therefore they are worth playing yes!

    More profit in DYM and TYM?  Nope not without alot of volume and a less 'fun' playing style.

    Blatant brag post btw nice going in the timed tournies - keep it goin sir!

    Personally i dont play the 15mins but just about in profit for the 30mins and 60mins.
    You can make steady money if you sit tight early on and watch J10 go all in against A3.

    Please please dont bother with TYM ( Tilt your money) they will send your brain to mush.

    just treat them as dym's..you played for 15 mins and made £20(less time than a dym) and got 4 times your money,and they are much more fun :)
