Just a thought..... as people will have all played different numbers of games, would an average score not give a better indication of current standings? Posted by Slykllist
Hmmmmm, maybe but it would probably lead to confusion about how the final score is calculated.
Well it's nice to be top, but if I have to rely on either of my finishes for Events 1 & 3 I doubt that I'll be troubling the top 3 spots come the end of the series.
Tonight it's Event 4: Omaha Tuesday @ 19:10 with a £3.30 buy in.
I'm in. Shouldn't you have to only complete 3 events for entry?? If the 4 you did worse in would be ignored anyway why have the requirement to play them? Posted by cgoldie
Hi goldie, the idea behind the minimum requirement is simply to ensure that each event gets a decent number of runners.
Having to play 7 from 12 events doesn't seem like a lot to ask.
I,ve missedit again - I.ve just signed up for the 71.15pm - thought itw as monday. Missed yeterdays as well as i got caught up in something and missed it by minutes
Cant play at the weeknd and cant plo8 so dont think i can get 7 events in now

Sorry to hear you will strugle to make enough events, that 4th place would give you a good chance of getting a good final score.
So event 4 is over. and here is the latest standings
it is sorted again by number of games played and overall score, but with an added column showing the current best 3 totals for those who have played over 3 events so far
Many thanks as always for the latest table, Chris.
Looking at those who have played less than 4 events, I see a few players with a couple of nice results, notably jh16 (9 + 1), cenachav (3 + 16), AcidMan27 (8 + 17), TRIP5 (16 + 11).
But it's still early doors and wide open even for any players yet to play in an event.

Hope that it turns out you can play in enough.
