Out of position, I fold this hand pre-flop. Marginal hands out of position never end well.

Don't get hooked to marginal hands when you hit the flop sideways. You wouldn't usually play Q9o to hit your queen, so why are we getting excited with Q9s when you hit your queen?

As played, I'm not too keen on this 3 bet. You're never getting called by worse made hands, so you're 3 betting to get your opponents to fold, and such a small 3 bet is just going to keep straight draws, and flush draws in the pot. Also, if you did have a big hand, then you'd probably 3 bet bigger, both for value and to protect your hand on this board, so your bet size doesn't make any sense. You probably wouldn't check the turn with a big hand either and give your opponent the opportunity to check behind and see a free river card if you had a big hand, so your line makes no sense.

If you are going to 3 bet here, it has to be bigger IMO, as pretty much a min 3 bet isn't going to get rid of both players very often here.

i dont understand why you reraise the flop and dont lead the turn.  i probably wouldnt reraise the flop but once you have i think you have to carry on your aggression on the turn.

once you check you look exceptionally weak and good players will exploit this.  you prob have to fold turn unless you got some strong reads to suggest otherwise

I really did have him on a flush draw, ended ugly but i should not have been in this position.

Thanx for the replies, another lesson learned.
