    Raise or fold pre.

Bet fold flop, not sure why you 3bet you're basically bluffing at this stage.

Turn if you think you're ahead bet more.

River looks fine with almost all draws getting there.

This is quite a tough one. When the river comes there isn't much you can really beat. Hands like K-10, K-Q (which you couldn't beat anyway) got there as well as the flush. He may have even have a hand like 8-9 possibly of diamonds although spots like that are so rare

If he has a Q you can't put him on JQ as you have this.

    Q-10 beats you.
Q-9 would probably just call you on the flop

The only other things out there are J-10
    or 9-10

I think its a good fold in the end.

Personally though with hands like JQ I prefer to just fold them UTG as its always a struggle playing most of the field out of position, particularly if someone behind you raises. Ideally your aggro factor will be very low in this spot you are in, but in the cut off and on the button you are going to be playing more hands and probably raising with a very wide range. For me 7-2 on the button is better than J-Q UTG because of position and the power it brings
