1 pair only wins 20% of the time, bit of a loose shove imo.

You can't have any conerns about the way this hand played out. Checking it pre-flop isn't anything to complain about. Hitting top-pair is hard to do and heads-up its a pretty big hand. Lol_Raise is absolutely right, with so few blinds in play you can never fold here.

You can shove pre v alot of opponents.

    I'd play it same postflop.

Yeah I not sweating this one too much as stacks so shallow, was tilty after 3 betting aj ai and getting called by qj to lose a few hands earlier. Just wondered if I should be bet/folding EVER? To a loose passive maybe, they fact they found the raise button?

Will have a think about shoving pre - hate leaving it up to the gods (when they call) but can see your point doh and donku - still not too familar with nash/c-s tables and generally playing this shallow, study required and opinions appreciated :)

Loose-passive you say? i'm assuming then that he has been limping his button regularly, therefore shoving pre isn't totally out of the question.

apart from that you played it fine, min-raise is very annoying but top-pair and wiv those stacks i'm never folding.

    you can shove pre

I suppose if hes passive and you know he doesnt raise draws you could consider folding. Im usually getting it in though
