I'm sure most of you know the villian here, obviously I've got him down a good solid player. Didn't really want to get in alot of pots with them but glad I had position on him.

Just wondering what people think in terms of a range you would be putting him on with that river bet. If I'm gonna be flatting pre to a min-raise BvB, do I need to be betting when I hit the 8 if it's checked to me? In terms of ranges, min-raising BvB, checking that flop and then betting out once I've checked back makes me think it's alot like a rag ace (looking back at it now) so not sure why I called. Perhaps river bet was to steal a split pot knowing worst case scenario, its almost certain to be a split if I also have a raggy ace.

    I'd just fold preflop.

Potting turn and river looks strong to me as in he wants paying, can't see what bets river that you beat (other tthan bluff) so I'd fold.

Flop check is ok imo but turn/river bets are just too big.

Yeah Dude there's no question that I'm folding the river, I'm just wondering if I should have bet the flop and whether the turn call was ok.

You under-rep by checking flop but his sizing on future streets is crazy so doesn't often contain bluffs/hands you beat IMO.

If he bet smaller half-pot say I'd be more happy callng down.

v a good player this early I think I just fold. Even with position K8 going to be tricky on a lot of boards. 3b/f also an option but with so much play left I just weakly fold, unless hes being making a habit of it

Flop, meh I think I just bet, its hard get value from worse no matter what you do so jut protect your equity and take it down imo. Dont hate checking but dont really see much advantage to it either

Rest I prob play the same, weird line from villain. If you have any betsizing reads they would obv be very important here
