    9 diamonds, 3 kings on flop 9 diamonds, 3 kings, 3 nines on turn. 15 outs, can't count the king/nine of diamonds twice ;)

    doesnt matter ,you are calculating odds based on the known factors... as the hand has been played you can quite clearly see...
