Once the turn comes, is there any getting away from this?

I understand that playing this hand in the first place is iffy however i hadnt played a hand in a while and was trying to keep from being seen as too knitty. when the raise preflop happened i decided to see a flop as also i had folded alot to raises preflop on this table and the raise could simply be because of this. I was completely prepared to fold the hand on the flop and put no more money in the pot even if i paired up! My question is, can i get away from this after the turn or am i always loosing my stack here?
