I jam it pre, as I would do with a reasonably wide range in this spot.
I guess most opponents wouldn't notice, or care, that we bet differently with big hands than with lesser hands, so your play is fine.

Once ebbers limps, make it 700-800 or shove

A shove actually looks weaker than a raise.Whenever I see a shorty who 3x raises when they've got 10-12 bb's.it says monster hand to me. Even if everyone folds, with the limp, you pick up 500chips,which is a 20% increase in your stack, uncontested.Jam it in their eyes for me.

Yeah shove looks much weaker and will get wider calls, however if you know certain players are REALLY bad then you can do this.

If you keep your raise sizes the same, be it 2.2x or shove, then this can’t be bad.

Altering you size, say from shoving to now 2.2x, it’s going to look like a monster.

Depends a lot if players on the table actually notice this kinda stuff.

Plus is it better to stay active and raise some against raising less often and not getting action :S

If your raising with only monsters then you wonder why everyone folds, likewise if the table is loooooooose then does it matter how often you do raise

Does raising big or shoving really look weak ?

Fish will see shoving as stronger imo, hence why i prefer raising, would like to make it 500ish even after the limp, make sure them fishes come along with their qt and qj, overtime theyll get punished alot more than if u shove

Yeah easy shove with limper really and your stack, your not going to look that strong because how deep you are and your still get some calls maybe even same here :)
