JohnConnor's guide to satellites??

I read a very good guide to satellites posted on here, which i think  was written by JohnConnor.
I've recommended it to another player but I can't find it on the forum. Any ideas where it is??

I'll definitely be reading that! Bubbled 2 SPT Brighton satellites now and not sure if my bubble play is wrong or I'm just getting unlucky. One time, I've walked into AK and lost fair and square, other time I got it in, got called by a worse hand and lost

Hang on, this is JC's guide to DYMs... or is the suggestion that I play a DYM bubble the same as a satellite bubble? Does it not play different when you have 6 on the bubble or even 2 tables running for the bubble and so there's more people to rely on making mistakes.

This is my startegy for getting into main events by satelites.  It has never failed to get me into a main event ;o)

I tend to bubble the cheapy... Then I pay to enter the Semi

I tend to bubble the Semi.......Then I pay to enter the direct

I tend to bubble the Direct.....  Then I pay to play the event.

I tend to bubble the event...... Not sure if this is the best strategy

I agree that isnt a satelite strategy specific? would anyone advocate we play a satelite exactly the same as DYM?

DYM is 50% paid but Sats are usually 1/5 or 1/10 etc so much more closer to MTT startegy imo at least early on, however of course when it gets to the bubble DYM strategy would be optimal.
