BalugaWhale Theorem as it is known roughtly states that if you are called on the flop and then raised on the turn you should re-**** the strength of your one-pair hands. Good fold in this particular hand. It's a pretty good theory because most times when a villian takes this line they have flopped a monster or improved on the turn. The few times they are bluffing will be greatly off-set by the number of times they have flopped a set or turned a straight.
