download wont work help please

has worked before until today no problem at all

have un installed and re installed , when i load just sits on the "loading cm menu" 

any ideas appreciated

Hi Barnsie, dunno what your operating system is, but sometimes I have to right click on the task bar on the bottom of the screen, then click "task manager"---- find sky poker--- then click "end task"---then open it again--- try that and see if it works---gl
