Just wondered if anyone could advise, I am looking to buy a new desktop with the notion of being able to multitable without computer freezing etc. Bit of a technophobe so have no idea of which spec is required. Any advice appreciated. Posted by chris1963
In Response to Re: Advice on possible desktop purchase : You're going to be pushing it to find a PC that you can guarantee will perform well when you get it unboxed and set up for £400 in my opinion. For an extra £100, and including a monitor in the deal, this is a pretty good PC spec and I think it would suit your needs: http://www.chillblast.com/Chillblast-Fusion-Neptune.html Posted by Machka
Thanks Matchka, will tak a look at this, appreciate your time.
Dell offer decent quality desktops which you can tailor make to suit your requirements. Im sure with a voucher code you could easily get a decent computer for under £500.
If you do it through http://www.quidco.com/dell/ you get 5% cashback too. I couldnt see a voucher code on the quidco site for desktops but they do spring up from time to time. They also sell refurbished pcs.
I always buy my big ticket electricals through quidco, the cashback really does add up over a period of time.

Without one it's a bit like asking how long is a piece of string.
That long.
