I knew nothing about this playe(multitables 10+tables, so prob TAG-Rock, could be wrong) i make a standard 3-bet vs button-open, get 4-bet, (should i fold?) i call, villain leads flop, any justifications to call? Shove? or do i fold?

$50.00 USD NL Texas Hold'em -
Table Hektor IV (Real Money)
Seat 1 is the button
Seat 1: Villain(button) ( $50.00 USD ) -
Seat 2: Hero(sb) ( $78.82 USD ) -
Seat 3: Player3 ( $51.25 USD ) -
Seat 4: Player4 ( $71.14 USD ) -
Seat 5: Player5 ( $56.86 USD ) -
Seat 6: Player6 ( $35.51 USD )
Hero posts small blind [$0.25 USD].
Player3 posts big blind [$0.50 USD].
** Dealing down cards **
Dealt to Hero [  Td Th ]
Player4 folds
Player5 folds
Player6 folds
Villain raises [$1.25 USD](button)
Hero raises [$4.25 USD](sb)
Player3 folds
Villain raises [$8.25 USD]
Hero calls [$5.00 USD]

** Dealing Flop ** [ 5c, 4s, 5s ] (19.50 pot)

Hero checks
Villain bets [$9.50 USD]......villain now has $31 behind

your shove on the turn has essentially turned your hand face up....maybe some debate over which over pair you are holding if we're being pedantic but even my nan could work out the small range of hands you might have here.

if he calls you are losing
if he folds you were winning.
small % that villain is randomly spewing or overvalues AK but with the way you describe them it seems unlikely

most of his range beats you here so doubt your play is good in the long run.
