In Response to Re: Tuesday night on the telly with Rich, Stuart and Jakally ***official show thread*** : That's epic mate. Thanks for that. I'll probably have to pick out bits and pieces from it, or at least read it out in stages, but I appreciate the lengths you've gone to there. Small pocket pairs in DYMs- any other thoughts, anyone? Brief, concise thoughts? Lol ;-) Posted by RICHORFORD
Fold them unless you're being blinded out. Concise enough?
Hand History #485322834 (19:54 28/02/2012)Cannot help but think I didn't maximise my value from the AA in the BB - but worried about giving a free card with 10J on the flop
Fantastic analytical hand. My raise is just to try and sneak a few chips. As soon as the re-raise comes in, I'm folding, of course. Only 2 callers give me value. After the flop, I'm ahead of just about anything.
His shove says ACES so large I couldn't wait to get my chips in. Fishing - yes. Good for the chip - balance - certainly.
Is it possible that I am always going to be Tourney player? I favour deepstacks followed by Bounty Hunters and really enjoy deeper stacked live games but whenever I venture near cash tables my game doesn't seem to have the same long term sucess. Is it a case of more practise at cash or is my mind set always going to tourney based? regards, Carl (Mohican)
Having seen the whole hand on TV. I can't believe the AK doesn't re-raise. Then, of course, I'm history. I bet big on the flop in case someone had serious straightening options.
CONTROVERSIAL, BUT WHAT DO THINK OFF GETTING SMALL BLIND, ONCE YOUR B/BLIND DONE YOU MOVE STRAIGHT TO B/BLIND AGAIN ESP AT LATER STAGES OFF TOURNIES, IS THIS FAIR, SOZ IF PUTTING ON SPOT BUT THAT IS ALSO WHAT THE SHOWS ABOUT, ( THREAD BELOW )
I've left my pc logged on to sky poker at work and now I'm home I can't open a table because it's open on the office pc.
Annoyingly, technical support cannot log me off remotely.
Trouble is it's already cost me money as I registered for the 8pm when I got in from work, then logged out at home, popped out and when I logged back in it had already opened the table at work.
So whilst I go put the tele on and watch the show in the bath, whoever is on my table, please leave my blinds alone! Maybe I’ll cash without playing.
Hand played on the £2.50/5 Master Cash 20 table a few minutes ago. I am not in the hand, but interested to hear Neil's thoughts on DerpDerp 3-betting this flop? Also thoughts on LOL_RAISE willing to get in 200bb on this board, given the action pre, with DerpDerp last to call pre (wide range pre, 3betting flop, leading turn)
Also Andy Hulme would like to ask Jakally his views on getting into raising wars preflop with weak suited jacks? (in relation to a nice badbeat he put on him getting in £400 preflop with J8 suited vs AA)

WITH SMALL POCKET PAIR I`LL SEE WHAT ACTION IS FIRST, DEPENDING ON POSITION THEN I WILL ACT
GOD I HOPE HE`S NOT THE SON OF SPORNY
