Hi guys,
need your input on when is it good, statistically to ship sb into bb, re nicking and shipping with any two.
This is a good hand to actually discuss, regardless of the fact that I have a monster.
Take this factor out.How many times in this position will one wake up with a premium, and is it therefore good to ship from the sb to pinch a fairly good size blinds?
BB range is obviously fairly narrow , being only 14 bb deep and any call is for tournament life v 33+bb's villain
From the pushers perspective does the reward justify the risk at this stage of the tourney, which is pretty deep and not far off the big reward? (34 players left from 524 starting field),
or does the math say standard play? And worth picking up 1600 + own 800 (2400) to add to 57k? Or you run into monster (odds please) and lose nearly half your stack, and end up in push mode from there on in?
Would really appreciate some good stats on this one.

I got a load of verbal in a tourney here from a fairly well known winning player (I won't be naming him) after shoving K9s into his BB from the SB with 12BB effective stacks. He had TT, I binked a K to bust him. This guy spent 15 minutes in the chatbox calling me an idiot, saying I was a disgrace to Team51 etc etc lol. To me it was a totally standard play.
With 34 left you're still quite a way from the big prizes (top 10) so there are no pay jumps to affect push/fold ranges. If this was deeper (10 or less left) ICM would come into play and I'd probably tighten up my range somewhat.
ps villain had pocket 44 , and he managed to flop quads!!!!!!!!
