What a **** joke...

Tonight's mini BH,having bad beat after bad beat,had to rebuy in 3 times and then my luck changes,win a pot of 14000 chips,take a bounty as well and my luck takes a downward spiral and the hand is voided,currently chatting to skydaniel,about as much use as a chocolate teapot on bonfire night,wont give me any answers as to why it happened,got the distinct impression he wanted me to shut up and go away,well skypoker I wont,how ofter does this happen??

    Saw this earler and assumed you were nhafft after losing by river after flopping tp n 2nd nut fd.

    What is hand voided?  You should def seek clarification.  Very odd.

    This has happened on a table i was on a while back, this is a serious issue...just should not happen NO EXCUSES OK SKY, lol at your scenario though UL

    Well I woke up this morning fully expecting a grovelling apology from Sky in my inbox..........nothing.
    Maybe will have to wait until the technical department get into class at school in the morning.

    On the contary,if you read my OP again you will see I was already talking via online chat to customer support,personally I wouldn't give this bloke that job title but there you go.
    My gripe is that winning that hand would have put me in the top ten players left in the tourney and would have had the chipstack to bully the players with less chips,taking a few heads,I might have even won the tourney and be £200 - £300 better off today.
    With the money sky make from the rakes this shouldn't be happening and needs highlighting.
