So upset at support

Not long ago I decided to withdraw £800 towards my honeymoon and keep the rest for grinding. This should take around 3 days normally. 

So after over a week I decided to contact support and was told (after all the silly security questions) that my withdrawal has been frozen for "security" reasons.

Of course if I am depositing using the exact same method and account  it's absolutly fine, no security issues, no questions, instant transfer.

What bugs me even more is after a week of waiting, where is my notification that there is an issue? No e-mail, no call, nothing. It's just left hanging until I contact them to ask about the withdrawal.

Live chat won't do anything of course, they just ask me security questions and then say I have to contact them by phone for more information and I'll probably have to jump through hoops and wait before they transfer my money.

I wouldn't even be so upset if it was a small amount and my contributions where low. But last month I racked up over 5k points which is over £500 payed in rake and this month so far its over 2500 which is over £250 in rake already. 

When a customer is paying that much on a monthly basis they should be treated like pure gold in my opinion. Yet I have been unable to withdraw my own money, have not even been notified there is an issue or even told what number to ring before the chat guy just left.

And to top it off I will probably not even be able to book the honeymoon I was after as there where not very many places when I withdrew and it's looking unlikely to be any by the time this is sorted.

I would be in the right mind to withdraw the rest of my money at the end of the month (if I can have it) and put it on a site where I know withdrawals and issues are dealt with better.

      Sorry to hear your having this problem goldie. I attempted to withdraw a couple of hundred recently but wanted it to go to a new account and couldnt do it through "My Account". However after 1 phone call to CC the young lady i spoke was super efficient and the money was in my new bank account within 48 hours. This was the quickest withdrawal i have ever experienced from 6 different poker sites.

     I am sure that once you speak to CC ou will be sorted PDQ.

     Hope you get the honeymoon you are after m8.
