its 10pm on sunday and just got back from Manchester lol

first congratulations to Dave, top bloke, on a well desreved win and all those to make the final table, all top 15 that cashed and indeed all the 150 "winners" that asttended the event. All of those that I played against and chatted with were all curteous and decent blokes/lasses. Was nice to put faces to names.

For those that i didnt chat with, im sorry but was usually seen outside with Mr Nicotine.

A huge sorry to the guy i knocked out with AJ against his AA and a no worries to any players that had suck-outs against me

Congratulations also to woodsy, gregg and dave for managing to drink a few jaegerbombs lol

And of course a huge THANK YOU to Tikay, Rich, Ed and all the Sky team for making the SkyPokerTour first leg another huge success.

Finally, a thank you to all the dealers, bar-staff and management of the G casino in Manchester for holding a highly succesful event

Hope to see you all in Glasgow and Newcastle...........sorry but luton and swansea are just a little bit too far

    I saw your AJ v AA hand and it was amazing!! Live poker delivers the impossible suck outs too! But by all accounts you were due that luck at the time!!

    Yup, thanks Dave, id guess i had more bad luck than good but we all remember the ones against us just thought i'd apologise to the 1 i did. Looking back now, im amazed i got so far, never saw the ladies or cowboys once, had hooks twice both were cracked and aces twice, one of which was cracked!!!!!!

    Just been looking at all the photos lol think im asleep in them all

    Well done Jaegerbomb. I can at least say I was knocked out by someone at the final table, just wish you hadn't done it to me so early, darn those pocket 9's. :-)

    Hopefully I'll get to repay the favour in Newcastle.

    I left Manchester at Noon, facing a 4 hour drive to London, diverted via DTD, played a £150 Comp, & was STILL tucked up in bed, in London, before 9pm, sigh.
