Whats occurred?

 Cannot see why the summary has been altered, seems pointless having a summary that does not summarise?????????????

    ...Chris.......you may not be aware (as i had to be informed) but now you need to click on the 'summary' located in bottom right hand of the chat-box window and it will have all the simmary options for you to choose and click on......hope this helps

    Summary is now showing summary correctly.  Previously it was showing Full Detail which was incorrect.

    In Response to Whats occurred? : ...Chris.......you may not be aware (as i had to be informed) but now you need to click on the 'summary' located in bottom right hand of the chat-box window and it will have all the simmary options for you to choose and click on......hope this helps
