I've been playing/feeling really tilty recently, it's a culmination of things, but I've certainly noticed a real lack of discipline in my game recently and I've been making some truly shocking calls when I've been given all the evidence I need that I'm beat.
But I've been paying close attention to my game these last few days and have come across a horrible realisation. Up to now, I'd been thinking that my tiltiness had been making me play looser, playing more hands, and calling more but I've realised that it's also been making me lose ALOT of value from my medium/strong hands because I've been fearful that I'm going to get outdrawn and so have been making bets postflop that no-one could reasonably call, and so losing loads of values from things like flopping TPTK, or two pair.
The point is that I've now realised this and so have put a stop to it, and should have my old game back which is by no means fantastic but certainly good enough to beat your average Joe.

Had a nice winning session at 4nl yesterday, just over 2 BIs up (mostly thanks to the AJs hand in the clinic) from 1 tabling for an hour or two. Might give it a whirl playing 4-6 tables today and get back to my old ways.
On a seperate note, cheers for the input RV
