    Just saw a cracking hand.

    Sam Grafton raised, & the shortie to his immediate left jammed on him.

    REALLY long dwell from SAm, eventually he sigh calls.

    Villain has Ad Kh, & Sam has Kd Jd.

    Here we go - flop comes all rags, with 2 diamonds. Sam LIKES. 

    The turn was a thing of beauty for Sam - Jh!

    You never know in this game, and you can't get lucky unless you get your chips in the middle, as Theey always says. 

    The Villain was not best pleased, but Sam was a perfect Gent, & said the right things.

    Good news or bad news?

    Table Sam/Scotty has broken!

    All that homework wasted, bleurgh.

    Will go take a look where both have ended up.

    4 players have exited already.

    It's the nut worst thing to return for Day Two & snap bust. Trust me, I got the t shirt. But 20 mins, a Starbucks, & 10 minutes feeding the ducks soon eases the pain. It's jst a game.

    Thanks Chris, hope things are a little better at home.

    Sam has been moved to Table Penguin.

    It goes Penguin seat 2, Allan McLean seat 3, Sam seat 4, ? in seat 5, & Simon Deadman in Seat 6.

    No real movement for our 4 guys yet, except that between them, they are on 2 Tables. Blue on blue.

    Sam just lost a few bob, playing back at the chip leader.

    After a 3 bet & a call pre, Sam tried to nick it on a 2-3-4 Flop, Chippy snap says "ALL-IN" for about 190,000.
     
    Umm, fold.

    Greatest truism in poker. They can't call, can they?

    Penguin Picks Up A Pot.

    Raised to 2,500 in EP, Penguin makes it 5,650, raiser dwell calls.

    J-4-7 rainbow.

    Checked to Tony, he fires out 8,650.

    Raiser now does the classic Live Play speech play.

    "How much you got behind mate?"

    Tony shows his stack, all nice & neat, says nothing.

    "How much?"

    "40k roughly" says a random.

    Tony still not spoken, totally impassive. He looks at me, & me at him, we KNOW 100% villain is folding.

    The attempts @ speech play by raiser continue for 2 minutes, Tony never says a word - GREAT tactics, imo - & Villain eventually folds like a good 'un.

    Bad news incoming.

    Sam just lost an 80,000 Pot, his A-K aipf beaten by A-Q.

    Queen on flop.

    He has around 20,000 left. It will soon be 40,000, or zilch.

    Sick game sometimes, but that's the very beauty of it.
