How to play the turn with plenty of outs

Hi,

Just a quick check-up on the turn play here. I'm assuming I have 15 outs here so feel I have a high pot equity on the flop. Once the turn comes I feel I have the same 15 outs but do I check? or bet for value incase I hit once of my outs?

Check back turn is fine, 9 changes little so good to take free card and try and hit.

    bet flop bigger

meh I dont mind betting turn as its much harder get paid on river if we check and he may fold some hands that beat us,  but 9 hits his range so maybe check is better
