Please help! Unregistered for bounty - confused with site

Hi guys

I'm not a regular user of sky poker.  I tend to use pokerstars.  On pokerstars if you satelite into a tourne you can unregister and this money is credited to your account. 

I satelited into sky bounty hunter semi final starting tonight.  But i think I may be out at 7 so I cancelled my registration from this tourne and am now unable to re - register or find that £24 anywhere in my account.

Where is it?
What happened?
What do i do now?

contact live chat they will register u for the tournament u wnt get a refund

go to sky bet bottom right hand corner says live chat click that

Cheers I'm on it now.  On hold at the moment.  Hopefully I can be re registered by 7 if not maybe next week or whatever

If you want to play the sats for money rather than tickets, or you aren't 100% sure you will be available, but want to sat in just incase, reg for the tourny (or stage 2 sat) that you're trying to qualify for before entering the initial sat. If you win the sat, you are credited with the money to your account and you're left with the choice to play or not using your initial outlay.

If you fail the sat, just un-reg the tourny (of buy in direct w/e).

I bet not many people know this on here, they should advertise it better.
