stealing blinds

How often should you be stealing blinds in the late stages of tournaments. I seem to always bust out in the main events this way. Any advise would be helpful.

     In late position a lot!!!
     Depending on stacks but dont over commit yourself by raising to much and be aware of the stack sizes you are raising.
